Environment

We are cognizant of the impact of climate change and will play our part to make the sector greener. Our intention is to support initiatives that help reduce the emissions from the sector while supporting broader green initiatives.

Community

We intend to give back to the transportation community by supporting from the ground up. Drivers and helpers are playing a critical role, however, are most often overlooked. Our intention is to deliver targeted initiatives that help to provide an overall uplift to them in all aspects of their lives, personal and professional.

Human Resources

Responsibility begins at home. We have developed a strong HR function and ensure that decisions are based on merit, while promoting diversity at all levels to ensure a wholesome representation of our community. Our workplace is a place where ideas and visions are shared, careers are built and all voices are heard. We thrive on disrupting the status quo and believe our team is the engine driving the transformation.

Accountability

We aim to boost transparency in the entire sector and ensure we operate a neutral platform where all parties are treated equal without any preferential treatment. We will achieve this by having a fully automated booking and bidding system, complimented by robust internal controls and oversight to manage and mitigate any conflict of interest.
