Finance Executive - Invoicing

  • Generate, verify, submit invoices to customers.
  • Maintain proper records of customer invoicing.
  • Monitor and manage account

  • 2-3 years experience is preferred
  • B. Com/BBA/MBA Finance (Freshers can also apply)

Finance Executive – Pricing

  • Record Daily accounting transactions
  • Regular Bank Reconciliation
  • Monitor and maintain accounts Payable
  • Ensure cost accuracy, update pricing history databases, evaluate the efficiency of pricing actions
  • Assess market conditions to check rates
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner

BOOKING EXECUTIVE – SUPPLY

  • Scan the freight market and appoint eligible transporters to our network based on company criteria
  • Build relationships with transporters/brokers
  • Negotiate best rates possible for shipments
  • Build and maintain a database of transporters with classifications

  • Have 2-3 years supply management experience in a logistics/transport company
  • Have go-getter attitude
  • Have a bike/car for market visits
  • Have excellent communication skills

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

  • Manage on-site operations on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with SOPs
  • Ensure smooth flow of operations from shipment pick-up till drop-off
  • Manage both, demand side and supply side relationships
  • Manage the receivables/payments side of the operations by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders

  • Manage a mix of offline/online marketing channels e.g. Social Media, Website, OOH etc.
  • Conceptualize and execute awareness, lead generation and installation campaigns for the App/web
  • Manage and run campaigns for maximum stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor social media and company website analytics to improve targeting
  • Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
  • Suggesting initiatives to increase market share to reach consumers effectively
  • Ensure complete product knowledge to execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Gather industry specific insights regularly to understand market dynamics and opportunities
  • Develop marketing collateral and digital content
  • Assist in compiling new business development plan with relevant industry sectors

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing and brand strategy

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
